CONSIDER BUILDING A LOCAL CFU TEAM
Ideas for various local team roles and ways to build a local CFU volunteer team (this is not required, but is an idea to help develop a local CFU team):
  • Local Coordinator – The local person who ensures at least 6 crates are packed and carried to Krakow for each courier. This is the person providing local oversight. This person could possibly a church staff member or the member of the missions team.
  • Prayer Warrior – Prayer warrior for the project
  • Courier - the one who flies the crates to Krakow.
  • Deacon - Liaison with other deacons to recruit couriers and gather supplies, help take couriers to airport
  • Communications Coordinator – Help get the word out about an Amazon list and other supplies that we are asking our church body to donate.
  • Community Donations Coordinator – Ask various medical businesses or pharmacies to donate supplies.  Collect these supplies and bring to the church
  • Inventory Coordinator – Count and keep track of all the donated supplies to stock the Crates.  Make a google sheet with all the supplies.
  • Packing Guru – Master packer of all the crates with the donated supplies.
  • Courier Coordinator – Keep running list of possible couriers, help schedule their trips, and keep track of their trips. Possibly ask for miles to be donated as well.
"Crates for Ukraine" is a ministry of MTW Ukraine and MTW Team Lviv in partnership with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine.
