LOCAL DROP POINTS or LDPs are a critical part of the CFU process. LDPs allow more churches and individuals to get involved and create efficiencies. By serving as a LDP you are encouraging greater participation in CFU and thereby helping deliver more life saving aid to Ukraine.
The primary roles of LDPs:
When practical and possible prior to November 21, we are asking LDPs to deliver crates to one of our primary warehouses if they have 30 or more crates in storage (this is to help us get aid to Ukraine faster). All LDPs must make final crate deliveries between Nov 21 and Dec 7. See the link below for more details.
For detailed final delivery instructions to Chattanooga or Dallas, please click this link (link and file coming soon).
Please fill out this online form PRIOR to delivering crates to one of our primary warehouses (delivery options are still being coordinated, we will likely offer multiple delivery dates).
If interested in learning more or serving as a LDP please contact Cindy Rhea - cindy.cratesforukraine@gmail.com. Please do NOT contact Cindy to coordinate delivery with your LDP. All deliveries are to be coordinated directly with your LDP (see STEP 3 for details).
To see a full list of all approved LDPs, please refer to the green box on STEP 3.
The primary roles of LDPs:
- RECEIVE crates from others in your area through November 21
- STORE crates as needed prior to final delivery
- DELIVER crates to one of our primary warehouses between Nov 21 - Dec 7 (Chattanooga or Dallas at minimum but we believe we can add other primary warehouses if we have a large number of crates in a specific area)
- KEEP a record of who delivers crates to you and how many they deliver
